  I would never recommend this management company. They do not answer or reply to phone calls, do not follow up on grievances. Instead of conducting themselves in a professional manner, they are rude.

  This company is the worst. Our HOA made the mistake of hiring them and we have been stuck with them for the last year and a half. They have done NOTHING that they promised in their proposal except collect the money and pay themselves 57% more than their bid. We hired them mainly to enforce the CC&Rs, which they have not even attempted. Owners report that they don't answer the phone and never return calls or respond to emails. The owner is in my opinion the most arrogant jerk imaginable and he repeatedly did not keep his word when he said he would do something. Save your money and spare yourself the indignity of being treated like this.
